Meet our team
Kevin is a WITS-certified personal trainer and Nutritional Consultant with over 18 yrs experience, not only as a bodybuilder, but also working with a diverse range of clients from the young to the young at heart. His specialty is with healthy clients interested in bodybuilding and fitness (all forms of contest preparation), along with clients interested in permanent weight loss.
Lynda is a ISSA certified trainer and sports nutritionist. She competes in bodybuilding and is the Assistant Coach for Team Muscle Express.
